Your world never stands still. Just like your machinery. That’s how you want to keep it! That’s why TrustLube automatic lubrication systems supply your machines with exactly the right amount of lubricant. Our solutions always deliver top performance, even under the most extreme conditions. Guaranteeing non-stop operation, reducing maintenance costs and extending the lifetime of your machinery
Lubrication demands precision. Too little lubrication and your machine components will wear too quickly, increasing the risk of breakdown. Too much lubrication and you waste expensive lubricant or cause polution. A TrustLube automatic lubrication system ensures that your machine receives exactly the right amount of lubricant at each individual lubrication point.
A metering device unit is fitted near each lubrication point of your machinery, one for every lubrication point and each injecting precisely the right amount of lubricant, exactly when it is needed. Each unit works independently.
The separate metering devices are mounted on stainless steel distribution blocks. These distribution blocks connect seamlessly to the main lubricant supply lines, making it fast and easy to add extra metering devices if required.
The system is hermetically sealed and made of stainless steel (AISI316 or 6MO) to keep out dirt and water, whatever the conditions. A check valve (non-return valve) prevents the lubricant from flowing back into the supply line. Critical lubrication points can also be monitored by special sensors.
Metering devices are available in different sizes from 0.11 cc to 6.12 cc so that each lubrication point is supplied with exactly the right amount of lubricant for each cycle. The system can process lubricant up to class NLGI-2.
Leaking lubricant creates waste, contamination and dangerous situations. TrustLube's smart automatic lubrication systems and metering devices prevent lubricant from leaking. Each lubrication point can be electronically monitored for extra security.
TrustLube allows you to accurately monitor the release of lubricant with a Metering Device Sensor (MDS). We offer three types of metering sensors for the lubrication units:
